We offer a wide range of fun and results-oriented group fitness classes that cover all the essentials of total fitness. Les Mills BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit — fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories. Instructors will coach you through scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation, and great music-helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated; ready to come back for more!

Les Mills BODYSTEP

Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP—a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs.

In a BODYSTEP workout, you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push ups, and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout! Don’t worry, there’s heaps of options so that everyone leaves feeling successful!

Zumba

Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, atmosphere and is based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO.” The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

Turbo Kick Live!

Total body cardio! Sculpt your upper and lower body and burn major calories with rhythmic boxing and kickboxing combinations. Each block is set to FUN music to really get the cardio party started! The high intensity interval training (HIIT) of Turbo Kick Live! spikes your heart rate and scorches fat FAST!

 

Yoga

Yin Yoga is an hour-long class for all levels. Yin Yoga blends the influences of traditional Indian Yoga with ancient Chinese Yoga. The emphasis is on longer-held, passive stretches. It is designed to move past the muscles and superficial tissues and into the deeper connective tissues of the ligaments, joints, fascia, and bones. Yin Yoga helps prevent and restore the loss of mobility. It encourages mindfulness and meditation during the stretches, reducing stress and anxiety.

Hot Yoga is a 60 minute, Yoga Flow in a heated room. The focus is on asana and breath. Heat adds the benefits of increased flexibility and weight loss.

Power Yoga combines Yoga poses with weights (optional) and movements that will build strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance. Classes are faster-paced and slightly more intense than a traditional Yoga class; but each class ends with deep stretching and Savasana.

AIReal Yoga

AIReal Yoga uses a looped fabric that swivels freely on a single point taking you to a higher level. It allows you to deepen your stretch, correct your alignment, refine postures, and safely perform inversions.

The hammock safely guides you into yoga postures you might have thought impossible and serves as a prop you can hold on to for balance and as a spotting device.

AIReal Yoga is credentialed through the Yoga Alliance.

PiYo Live!

Who says you have to jump, grunt, strain, and punish your body to get amazing results from your workout? Not with PiYo! PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And we crank up the speed to deliver a true, fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

Circuits

Need an early morning workout? Circuits is a total body workout in a circuit-style setting. Formatted with cardio, strength, plyometrics, and core training, this workout is guaranteed to help you burn calories and build muscle!

Tabata HIIT

Tabata training is a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program that has been scientifically proven to help increase endurance and performance for your cardiovascular and muscular systems.Each exercise in a given Tabata workout lasts only four minutes, but it's likely to be one of the longest four minutes you've ever endured. Tabata is structured so you push yourself as hard as you can for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. This is one set. You'll complete eight sets of each exercise. Tabata is a highly efficient method to achieve maximum results by helping you burn fat and build muscles!

 

Sweat Angels

This class is designed to push you to sweat! High intensity interval training (HIIT) helps you burn calories and reach new personal goals. Row, bike, lift, and run your way to a strong, toned body!

Wild Card Boot Camp

This workout will always keep you on your toes! Every week we incorporate different equipment and movements set to a deck of cards. Four suits, four movements, Jokers are wild, and the number on the card tells you the number of reps! Our instructors keep it fun and challenging while always giving you a full body workout that will leave you sweaty and sore!

Spin

A fun, heart-pumping workout on a stationary Star Trac spin bike. Led by a certified instructor and motivated by great music, spin is perfect for everyone since you control the resistance and pedal speed creating just the right intensity for you!

Insanity Live!

Insanity Live is High-Intensity-Interval-Training (HIIT) and aims to constantly challenge your muscles, so your body doesn't get used to a workout and the workout is always effective. This class is 60 minutes of total body conditioning – as in, your whole body will be sore afterwards! And as with all other classes, Insanity Live can be modified for all fitness levels!
